Where can I buy one?

You can only buy the CZC1, CZC2 and CZC3 wireless thermostat through our suppliers.

What is the Celsia CZC1 controller?

This is the wall-mounted, battery-powered wireless thermostat which can easily be programmed to give 6 on-off periods per day, and many other features. It can control any number of appliances in the same zone.

Why isn't my heater coming on?

Heaters will not respond until a radio connection is established to the CZC1.
To establish the connection you should:

  1. switch all of the heaters off. The easiest way is to use a main breaker in a consumer unit and program all of the heaters at the same time.
  2. switch the heaters back on for between 2.5 and 3.5 seconds then switch off. The timing is critical.
  3. switch the heaters back on again. After power up the lights on all of the heaters should be flashing green. This indicates that the timing on the last power up was correct. If after power up the lights aren't flashing repeat the procedure.
  4. Now you have a half a minute window to press the button at the back of CZC1.

Once the button is pressed the light on all of the heaters will immediately stop flashing and possibly change the colour to yellow or red depending on the CZC1 settings and the room temperature.

How is the CZC1 fixed to the wall?

The Celsia CZC1 wireless thermostat is supplied complete with a wall mounting back plate that is fixed to the wall with two screws. The CZC1 is then just clipped to this wall plate. Once fitted

Can other Celsia controllers nearby affect my heaters?

It very unlikely. Every CZC1 has an identifying code. When you connect a heater you are teaching the heater to listen for the CZC1’s code. If your heater switches on or off when it should not, it could just be that another CZC1 in the vicinity has the same code. This is very unlikely since there are over sixty thousand of possible codes. You can make the CZC1 pick a new random code: hold button on the back for 5 seconds until it says “rES Id” then press OK to confirm within 5 seconds. After resetting the code you must re-connect your heater(s).
