We design and supply PCBs to the requirements of your electric heater - often in just a few days.
Instead of fitting a wireless receiver and an appliance-control PCB to your products, you can fit one single combined PCB. Electric appliances fitted with a Celsia PCB can be controlled by any Celsia Zone Controller. Combining the two functions saves costs when compared to other systems where typically the receiver unit is a separate control that must be wired between the power supply and the appliance.
Our designers are experienced in developing cost and energy-efficient controls that are user friendly and combine functions to conserve on space and installation.
Most of our customers use our standard, general-purpose PCB. It can be customised to meet the requirements of many different heaters.
Features:
We tailor the software in the PCB to the requirements of your heater. For example the the load switching method will depend on the load size, number of loads and the physical configuration. The general-purpose inputs allow us to add a wide variety features such as surface temperature limiting, external switches, control knobs, mode selection jumper-links, and even occasionally unusual requirements such as lamp-dimming.
We can populate some components on the PCB to your requirements. For example different customers require different I/O connectors and the LED can be fitted in a variety of positions. Heat-sinks arrangements to keep the triacs cool are an important consideration whenever we fit out a new type of heater.
Where there are special requirements that cannot be met by the standard, we can design a bespoke PCB to your requirements. Requirements might include:
All bespoke designs are different and done to your specification.
